Biden says he doesn’t think Putin will use nuclear weapons in Ukraine war

U.S. President Joe Biden reported he isn’t going to think Russian President Vladimir Putin will use nuclear weapons irrespective of recurring threats to do so — even as the Russian leader carries on to press on in the war in Ukraine.
