Apartments in Frisco and Dallas sell to investors

Sales

Madera Residential, a real estate investment firm based in Lubbock, purchased the Stewart Creek Apartments, a 414-unit garden-style community at 7549 Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco. Berkadia’s Jay Gunn, Thomas Burns, Will Jarnagin, Jason Rice and Chris Pollard brokered the sale and arranged the financing. Varde Mortgage Capital provided the loan.

A California-based investor acquired a 14,200-square-foot single-tenant commercial building on approximately 1.5 acres of land at 11530 Emerald Street at Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. Eddie Liebman of Weitzman brokered the sale. The facility is occupied by Caliber Collision.

An investor from Allen purchased a single-story, 2,474-square-foot office building at 825 18th Street in Plano. The seller was Benoit Properties LLC of Plano. The building was constructed in 1987. Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller Brokerage negotiated the sale

C&G Realty bought an 11,513-square-foot automotive facility at 1601 North Central Expressway in Plano from Plano Central LLC. Monica Wofford of Wofford Realty brokered the sale with Larry Robbins and David Martin of Capstone Commercial.

A local investment group purchased Cedar Square, a 116-unit apartment property at 404 Andrews Ave. in Dallas. Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Wesley Racht of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Mandalay Holdings Inc. bought 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 5300 E. State Highway 67 in Alvarado. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the sale with Michael Langford of Orr Real Estate.

Leases

Splunk Inc. leased 83,774 square feet of office space in the Lincoln Legacy One building at 6860 North Dallas Pkwy in Plano. Armand Tiano Jr., John Wolf and Jim Graham of Newmark negotiated the lease with Cushman & Wakefield.

Huitt-Zollars Inc. leased 32,519 square feet of office space in Lincoln Centre at 5430 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. JR Tomlinson of Newmark negotiated the lease with Cushman & Wakefield.

Athos Group LLC signed a new 23,386-square-foot office lease at 600 E. Las Colinas Blvd in Irving. Transwestern’s Duane Henley negotiated the lease.

Dealer Products Inc. leased 21,784 square feet of industrial space at 1122 W. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease Brian Gilchrist and Steve Koldyke of CBRE.

Bridgeway Preparatory Academy leased 19,200 square feet of commercial space in Valley View Commerce Center at 1861 Valley View Lane in Farmers Branch. Brian Pafford and Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease with Matt Miller of Jim Lake Advisors.

RE/MAX DFW Associates opened a new 7,800-square-foot office at the Shops of Starwood at 6959 Lebanon Road in Frisco. The new office consolidates three previous locations with 100 sales agents.

Asset Intertech Inc. leased 6,793 square feet of office space at the Shops at Legacy at 7161 Bishop Road 
in Plano. Art Leichner and Andrew Crites of Newmark negotiated the lease with CBRE.

Airway Technologies LLC leased 5,981 square feet of space in Alpha Business Center at 4300 Alpha Road in Farmers Branch. Brian Pafford and Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease with Todd Noonan of Stream Realty Partners.

Stewart & Arango Oral Surgery signed a lease for 5,084 square feet of commercial space at 8611 Hillcrest in Dallas. Chris Lipscomb of Transwestern negotiated the lease with Lauren Perry of JLL.

Palm Beach Tan leased 3,406 square feet of retail space in Shops of Southlake at Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue. Michelle Caplan and Maggie Hansen of Weitzman handled negotiations with John Doubleday of Shop Companies.

Mo’Bettahs Hawaiian Restaurant leased 3,114 square feet of retail space at Preston Shepard Place at 1713 Preston Road in Plano. Jill Tiernan, Susan Ridley and Jack Weir of The Retail Connection negotiated the lease with Tyler Grisham and Steve Ewing of Edge Realty Partners.

Zoom Room leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Eldorado Crossing at 3180 W. Eldorado Pkwy. in McKinney. Chris Flesner of Resolut Real Estate negotiated the lease with Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial.

Closet Envy leased 2,981 square feet of commercial space in Whitlock Business Center at 1325 Whitlock Lane in Carrollton. Brian Pafford and Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease with Jodie Flannery of KW Commercial Real Estate.

4 Hits and Giggles leased 1,936 square feet of retail space at Shafer Plaza on U.S. Highway 78 in Wylie. David Levinson of The Retail Connection negotiated the lease.

Gavin Nichols Farmers Agency leased new offices at LBJ Concourse at 6370 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Angela Hawkins and Ryan Phillips of Capstone Commercial negotiated the lease.
